Warm up: 
Concentrating on your own body:
-Breathing
-Bodyparts
Hearing the groups breathing, seeing the communal rhythm
 
Surrounding:
Seeing the possibilities that the running can give you. The space. The negative space around the running track, if your in the woods; the space around the trees, stones and bushes. See the width of the path. Listen to the impressions the surroundings give you (the sound of birds, the wind in leaves, the smell of the city etc.).  How can you bring this in your movement?
 
Blindfolded:
Let one person be blindfolded and one or more being its guide and support.
 
Scores:
Whilst doing the scores, you keep an even rhythm as a group, continuing the movement forward.
 
Score #1: Scatter and gather. Switch been two modes:
-The want to split up the group as much as possible; running as far in front as you can or on the sides of the running track
-The want to become an as closed, small group as possible; find the center of the group or try to come as close to an other participant as possible.
 
Score #2: Three different modes to switch in between: 
-The want to be first
-The want to be last
-The want to be in the middle
 
Score #3: Giving energy and receiving energy, by building chains of people
-Help someone by giving them a push or by finding ways to drag them.
-Let yourself being helped by others by them pushing or dragging you.
